Being South African, I have to put in a footnote about the Rugby World Cup quarter finals this weekend. Wales vs Argentina and England vs Fiji on Saturday. Big games between South Africa vs France and Ireland vs New Zealand on Sunday.

Match up of the weekend

So many potential ways the race could unfold. Personally, my bet is Knibb playing the patient game with Lucy out front until about 120km into the bike where she gets bored and then drops the hammer. Haug then comes from behind on the run to make the pass with 5km to go 🍿 Yes, I’m a fool for not going with Ryf. On that note, how has Haug fared against Ryf in their long battle spanning over 10 years?

That's it for today, now finish your oats and get back to training!

Yours in low CdA,
